Crystal Creek Meats opened for business in 2014 We operate under the United State Department of Agriculture Est. #9246, we are inspected daily by a U.S.D.A. FSIS Officer who has an office on site. We comply with all of U.S.D.A.’s Regulator Requirement’s in our facility, we have never had a recall. We have written programs that meet Sanitation, Good Manufacturing Practices, Material Safety Data and we are HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) Certified. For each individual animal/species we have humane processes and procedures in place. This includes Recall Programs, Homeland Security and Pest Control. BSE (Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy) AKA “Mad Cow disease”. Crystal Creek has developed and implemented in-house procedures to address SRM’s (Specified Risk Materials). Our HACCP Plan and SSOP’s/GMP addresses Beef that are 30 months of age and older throughout its’ entire process here to ensure your safety and it will not enter the human Food supply. We go above and beyond the requirements and perform testing on beef product for E. Coli. 0157:H7. This validates our in-house programs to ensure our commitment to Food Safety for all of our customers. I invite you and will welcome you to visit my Establishment Owner and Operator.
