SolvPro

About

Hello, Sutherlin Chamber Members!

I'm excited to introduce myself and our company, SolvPro, as a new member of the Sutherlin Area Chamber of Commerce! I grew up here in Sutherlin, spent more than 20 years working with local manufacturers, and have spent much of my career developing software that helps businesses operate more efficiently. Today, I'm proud to be building something right here in our community.

Let me ask you a question: Is your business busy, or is it profitable?

It's a question I believe more business owners should be asking.

I've worked with businesses that have plenty of customers, employees working hard, and jobs getting completed every day. But at the end of the month, the owner is still wondering, "Where did all the money go?"

That's one of the reasons we built SolvPro.

SolvPro is a business management platform designed for contractors and service businesses, including excavation, landscaping, cleaning, construction, and other field service companies. We help businesses bring their daily operations together in one easy-to-use platform—from managing leads and customers to estimates, scheduling, work orders, invoicing, and payments.

But what really sets us apart is something we call Profit Visibility™.

Instead of waiting until a job is finished to find out whether you made money, SolvPro helps you see how your actual labor and material costs compare to your estimates while the work is happening. Because being busy doesn't always mean you're making money. We've also built SolvPro to support both English- and Spanish-speaking teams, helping bridge the communication gap between the office and the field.

Our mission is simple: Help hardworking business owners spend less time managing chaos and more time building profitable businesses.

As a local business owner myself, I'm looking forward to getting to know other Chamber members, learning about your businesses, and finding ways we can support each other's success. Whether you're a contractor, service provider, or fellow entrepreneur, I'd enjoy connecting and hearing about what you're building.

Run the Job. Protect the Profit.

Looking forward to being part of the Chamber and supporting our local business community!
